Milestone 1 — Learn
Section titled “Milestone 1 — Learn”Get familiar with business fundamentals and set up your GogoPogo account so you're ready to build.
Platform tasks
- Create your GogoPogo account
- Explore your dashboard — get familiar with the layout
- Understand what GogoPogo handles for you (manufacturing, delivery, CS)

Milestone 2 — Apply
Section titled “Milestone 2 — Apply”Translate your strategy into a real store. Set up your branding, define your niche, and get your store ready to go live.
Platform tasks
- Set your store name and URL
- Upload your logo and set brand colours
- Write your store description (who it’s for, what it sells)
- Choose your store layout and theme
- Set up payment details (required before any payout)

STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), the 4Ps, and pricing psychology are covered in your GP Labs workbook for this milestone. Use your positioning work to write your store description.
Milestone 3 — Build
Section titled “Milestone 3 — Build”3-Star Certificate Eligible
Create and publish your products, set your prices, and launch your live store. This is the execution milestone.
Platform tasks
- Create at least one product with your design
- Set pricing for each product
- Write product descriptions aligned to your target audience
- Do a sample order to verify the experience end-to-end
- Make your store live and accessible

Completing this milestone makes you eligible for a 3-star certificate. Your GP Labs workbook has design and positioning guidelines for your product listings.
Milestone 4 — Score — First Revenue
Section titled “Milestone 4 — Score — First Revenue”4-Star Certificate Eligible
Drive real customers to your store and receive your first paid order. This is your first proof of execution.
Platform tasks
- Share your store link with your target audience
- Set up Telegram notification to get real-time order alerts
- Monitor analytics — track visitors, sessions, and conversion
- Check abandoned checkouts and follow up if possible
- Confirm your first order has been received and processed

Your GP Labs workbook covers the AIDA funnel and promotion strategies for driving your first traffic. Focus on organic sharing before paid methods.
Milestone 5 — Score — Breakeven
Section titled “Milestone 5 — Score — Breakeven”5-Star Certificate Eligible
Generate enough profit to recover your registration fee. This demonstrates real business sustainability — not just revenue.
Platform tasks
- Track your total commission earned across all orders
- Verify your commission calculations match your pricing
- Check your master statement for a full transaction record
- Raise a payout once minimum balance (₹50) is reached
- Confirm total profit equals or exceeds your registration fee

Your breakeven calculation is: (registration fee) ÷ (commission per unit) = number of units to sell. Your GP Labs workbook has a worked example. A KB article with a full walkthrough is coming soon.
