How and When Will I Get the Commission of the Order

Order Commission & Settlement Process

Once an order is successfully delivered, the eligible commission or settlement amount is processed and credited to the store owner’s wallet based on the order type.

There are 2 types of orders:

1. Prepaid Orders
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

In prepaid orders, the customer makes the payment upfront using the payment gateway. After successful delivery, the commission amount is credited to the store owner’s wallet.

In COD orders, the settlement process works differently because the payment is collected from the customer at the time of delivery.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the commission amount will be credited to your wallet 4 days after the order is successfully delivered.

The commission is calculated as:

Commission = Sum Total of All Products in the Order - Customer Discount - Prepaid Incentive

If the customer applies any discount to the order, or if your store has a prepaid incentive enabled, those amounts will be deducted while calculating the final commission.

Once the order is successfully delivered, the eligible commission amount will automatically reflect in your wallet after the 4-day settlement period.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there are 2 important things to understand:

Upfront Payment During Order Processing

When the order is processed, an amount is deducted from your store wallet to pay for the customer’s material and shipping cost upfront.

Amount Received After Successful Delivery

Once the order is successfully delivered and the customer pays the COD amount, the entire amount paid by the customer will be credited back to you.

This amount also includes the material and shipping cost that was previously paid upfront from your store wallet during order processing.

The COD amount will be credited 2 days after the order is successfully delivered.

COD earnings are processed only after the delivery status is marked as successfully delivered.

How Store Owners Receive the Money

Store owners have a wallet where all eligible commission and settlement amounts are credited after successful delivery of orders.

You can easily:

• Track your credited earnings
• View wallet balance
• Monitor settlement updates
• Withdraw available amounts from the wallet

All credited amounts are reflected in the wallet automatically after the settlement timeline is completed.
